a lot of people tell me to follow my heart
but to be honest...
if you dont know what you want
how can you follow your heart
how can your heart tell you, if you simply have no idea what the heck you should do.
i kno, hard question, right?

if u dont know what u want then u should take more time to figure it out. take the time to reflect on things weigh ur options and the pros n cons

That is a really hard question.. I think when people say follow your heart they are just saying you know better than I do what choice you should make. I also think that there are times when we are leaning more to one thing then the other but are hesitant to make any true decision out of fear. In that case following your heart means choosing what you know deep down you want even though you may be nervous about the outcome.

go with the flow and it will come to you! i felt really confused about a year ago and i didn't know which direction to take regarding school ,life, etc but honestly just keep going and it will become clear. . . and if that doesn't cut if for you ask youself "what is the one thing I would be absolutly miserable without" and that is kinda what you should follow probably. . . it took me being hospitialized (no joke) to figure out what i had to do to be happy. . . i'm sure you'll figure it out in a less drastic way . . . best of luck to you!

The point to follow your heart is not what you're thinking. When someone says follow your heart it basically means to do what is in the best interest of you and only you.

Go soul searching. Sit in a dark quiet room with absolutely no distractions, and think until youhave an answer. It ALWAYS works for me.
