if i had a picture of myself with like, blue eyes. how can i possibly change them to purple? please provide the program you use and how to do it.

the program you need is a good photo editing software , like the one I use " picasa" : http://downint.googlepages.com/photosoftware
it is a free photo editing software , you can download it from the link above and use it free forever , it is easy to use and they give you all the needed instructions ,so simple.

You can use Corel Draw or Corel Photo Paint and do anything you want. The purple eyes would be easy. Just choose the paint brush and paint away.
If you want a free program, you have a MS Paint if you are using XP. It is under Start, All Programs, Accesories.

if you have not got one.... go on the net and search for
free photo editing software
there are lots of demos that will do that...
