Psychological crap has been fed to us for so long we develop symptoms that do not exist. Get off of the computer for a start. Go outside. Shop, walk, look at things. Quit moaning and groaning.

Professional councelling is likely the only way you will get to the bottom of what is causing your panic attacks. There are medications that can alleviate the symptoms. Good luck.

Find the source. That's the only way. Get to a good professional counselor you like and can talk to. Consider medication. In three months you will be totally different than you feel right now. I know.

For me it helps to have someone talk it through or just to be on my own and breath deeply. I find that stress has caused my anxiety in the past.............I experienced it my first time after my mom was sick in may...............it was the most awful experience ever! I am able to recognize the symptoms and keep from getting into a full blown panic attack now......find a good psychiatrist to talk this thing through and find out what may be causing your anxiety........breath deep! In through the nose and out through the mouth! Best wishes to you........ I unserstand and you are not alone out there............many people go through this.........
