In a saute pan
saute 2 cloves garlic choped for about 2 min in butter to bring out the flavor
add 1/2 cup heavy cream
simmer 5min until some reduction occurs
add 1 tspn Lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
simmer until thickened(do not bring to a boil...sauce will break)
add chopped parlsey.
you may now add this sauce to your shrimp or chicken.
This sauce is a cross between a Scampi and an Alfredo

1tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 lemon
large handful italian parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
saute shrimp in olive oil, and garlic. when done, deglaze pan with juice of 1 lemon and top with butter and parsley. toss and serve.
