I have read up on a few protein products and I was wondering what the best type of protein product was. I didnt want to get anything that had anything else in it besides protein.

I have read about "100% Whey Protein" that you can purchase in different flavors. This makes me wonder how all that flavoring can really be one hundred percent protein.

Honestly all I want is the most nutrition possible in the smallest portion. Also I want to buy the cheapest "Whey Protein" I can find.

I guess my question is what is the cheapest and most maximized Protein powder I can get.

Thanks alot.

Oh and please no answers warning me against using powders, I take small portions anyway.

I really like Optimum Whey you can get from www.bodybuilding.com. They have several flavors. I've tried double chocolate and strawberry and like them both.

For the most part, whey protein is whey protein so just find something reputable that tastes good to you.
