This is my all time favorite food. And I was wondering if anyone knows what kind I should that might be least in fat/cal count.

Not healthy as nutrients although those are good too.

Get the organic pizzas in the natural food stores or sections of your supermarket. They have lower fat content and are actually good for you.

Keep your focus on fat and you can create a pizza that is both tasty, and healthy.
Pizza dough: make it whole wheat, Add lots of fresh tomatoes, a little bit of low fat mozzarella, no meat, white tuna )packed in water) would be fine, and any vegetable at all. Sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and lots of herbs and you have a tasty healthy pizza

the health food crazies are always complaining about how bad pizza is for you and for the life of me I can't find any bad ingredients
water
bread flour
yeast
salt
sugar or diastatic malt
whole ripe Roma tomatoes
onions
garlic
basil
oregano
fennel seed
olive oil
part skim milk mozzarella cheese
What on that ingredient list is actual bad for you ?
The only thing that is remotely "bad" for you is the white bread flour and that's more of a philosophical / life style argument rather than a nutritional argument.
Enjoy the pizza and ignore the crazies

Pizza margherita is probably the healthiest to eat, but not many places make it, and I've never seen it in the grocery store.

If grocery store is the kind you are looking for try Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine or Amy's.

I like to make my own.. I use that refridge pizza dough..

I will use skim mozzarella.. Turkey pepp.. and whatever pizza sauce on the grocers shelf..then i add mushrooms and all the other veggies i like.. i use the cheese sparingly even though i love cheese.. this way is much healthier..

Sure. You have lots of suggestions here. Whole wheat crust, lots of veggies, skim milk mozzarella to top the pizza. Use turkey or chicken sausage or, better yet, soy-based "meats" to top your pizza.

Stop! Enjoy your pizza! Those tomatoes in the sauce can't be matched for health benefits. The garlic in there is just icing on the cake...er, pizza!

Pizza is not nessarly unhealthy, I would say use a skim cheese, a multi grain and lots of sauce. Another idea is to use tofu- its yummy on pizza

Try a whole-wheat crust, extra thin, with just cheese and vegetables of choice. Avoid pan pizzas, and any form of meat (too fattening!)

Soybean Oil
Partially hydrogenated anything
anything with soy in it
