I was wondering what are some good agility drills i know 4-quarter,Square, Z-drill, any other drills?? that are effective?Thanks

As far am I am concerned, agility comes hand in hand with having a stong/quick torso and legs. I don't know any names of exercises, but have you tried the one where there is a ladder (or line of squares) drawn on the ground? You run down the middle of it, stepping just outside and inside the squares. Lots of football players use this drill. Another simple drill that might help would be to run in place with your legs square and dart side to side while doing so.

My bball coach at high school always made us do plyos last. U have a HUGE chance of tearing something after doing plyos then begin intensive running. An your muscles will also be more fresh because there will be less la-tic acid in your muscle...
