EASY ICING FOR SUGAR COOKIES:
3 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Combine sugar, milk, vanilla and salt; mix well. Add food coloring. Frost cookies. Add candy sprinkles if desired. Will frost approximately 5 dozen cookies.

Makes 3 1/2 cups
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 pound (3 2/3 cups) confectioners’ sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk (optional)
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter until smooth.

u'll be needing eggs and white powdered sugar. separate the white egg from the egg yolk them beat them then add little by little powdered sugar. continously beat them until the solution forms a peak when you rise the beater. no need to cook it's done when you reach the peak level of the icing. you can also put some coloring or flavors if you want
