What you want is whole food vitamins, if you really want the good stuff.

go to a health food store, they are more expensive, but they really are alot better than just regular cheap ones you get at the drug store.

vitamin B will give you energy
Calcium will strenghen your bones - citrate is absorbed better, so thats the one you want, but you need magnesium to, if you take calcium.

Calcium is great for bones. You might want to try a multi-vitamin to make sure you are getting your recommended daily allowance. My mom works for Nature Made Vitamin company and my husband takes the multi-vitamin. Make sure that when you buy vitamins it has the VSP seal on it because VSP assures that the ingredients in the vitamin is claimed to what it says on that seal.
