I don't think it's going to come out very easily, the crayon wax tends to melt into the fibers.

If I were going to sketch out an image on a T-shirt I'd use colored chalk with light strokes. Since it has a power-like consistancy it'll wash out a little easier from the fibers in the material, but it may take a few washes on areas where there was heavy sketching and a lot more chalk was put on the material.

It's very similar to when a tailor/seamstress marks (instead of pinning) a pair of pants or a skirt to be hemmed. There's still faint marks after sewing, and it takes a wash or two for the marks to disappear.

Use a pencil...it will wash out. Crayons are made with waxes.

Use acrylics
