It is a herb that is sometimes used in tea. If you had alot I suggest you see a doctor but if you did a little bit then you should be fine. Dont do that again. Its recommended for cats not humans.

Catnip is from the mint family. It's perfectly safe for human consumption. I think it may have the opposite effect that it does on cats. Try asking this question in the "alternative medicine" category. I know this herb is used for other purposes, however I doubt that it's supposed to be smoked! LOL

Catnip is safe for humans but doesn't have the safe effect on us as it does on cats. You can make a tea out of it and it will relax you and help you sleep better.

Catnip is ok for humans, its used in teas and such in many countries. Its used as a medical remedy too. Its perfectly safe for humans to use.

i have tension tamer tea and it has catnip in it! lots of teas doo

just don't smoke it!
