using my floor. She poops on the floor and also urinates on the floor sometimes. My vet has not been any help. I've bought a new Electric litter box and she wont go near it. Now what!!!!!!!!!!!

She started pooping on the floor before I bought the new litter box. I thought it would help because it would be cleaner all the time. She is 4 years old and never went to the bathroom outside. She just wont do it. I will turn it off and try that for a while. thanks bunches

I bet she's afraid of the litter box. Can you deactivate the cleaner part until she gets used to the new litter box, or just set it up so that it cleans itself once a day?

Maybe pee pads instead of litter boxes?
They also make a puppy john but I think it just holds newspaper for them to go on and it prevents the urine from soaking thru to the floor.

Can you take your dog outside to potty? I bet she is scared to go in the litter box because of the noise and stuff. I'd go back to her old ones, but also I'd take her for walks outside.

did you buy the new box before or after she started going on the floor?the new box may have scared her.or confused her.if it was before however i am not sure.i have never heard of a dog using a litter box!
