Does hydroxycut work as well as I hear people say? Is there any side effects that could affect my ability to preform?

Also, is there anything like hydroxycut but healthier or whatever?

I always had good luck with it. No side effects to speak of and the results were good. Still, I'd check with a doc before starting it.

On March 27, 2003 Missouri's Attorney General Jay Nixon filed a lawsuit in St. Louis against Hydroxycut's manufacturer MuscleTech Research and Development, Inc stating that claims Hydroxycut was "clinically proven" to be a "fat-burner" were false, specifically The product is not “clinically proven” to be a “fat-burner,” as MuscleTech claims. MuscleTech’s own study showed that Hydroxycut has no efficacy as compared to placebo with the possible exception of an appetite-suppressing effect. Moreover, the serious adverse health risks of Hydroxycut with ephedra – including death – were not adequately described or disclosed in
marketing and labeling of the product.

Nixon also alleged that the "before" and "after" photographs were misleading, and that one woman's "before" photo was deceptive because she was recently pregnant

There are very few products, if any, that are approved and clinically proven to burn fat. Any product can claim to be a fat burner, but I don't actually know of any that are actually proven. Most supplements such as Hydroxycut simply raise your metabolism and/or release fat cells into the blood stream (many with the use of caffeine). In most cases, in the fine print, they say you have to maintain a healthy exercise and diet.
Side effects for these types of products vary a lot from person to person. Some people experience no side effects, while others experience very serious ones. Your best bet is to try and naturally reduce your body fat and increase your strength.

Don't listen to this guy that is trying to promote his product. The new fat burners dont contain ephedrine, which was the main ingredient for burning fat. The only product that I know that works is vasopro.
