I would like to lose body fat in my stomach ONLY. Is there any possible way to do that? I know cardio is good, but I don't want to lose any weight any where BUT my stomach. I'd actually like to be a little thicker than what I am at this moment, I just want a smaller stomach.

What do I do to make this happen?

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat. Something you could do is tone your stomach muscles, like some of the other say, and that will tighten your muscles some and cause you to look a touch thinner. But biology/genetics determine how much fat you have in a certain area. To lose fat, you have to lose fat everywhere.

The best thing to do is liposuction. If you do cardio, you will lose fat from your abdomen but also in the rest of your body. Crunches are good for toning, but there's no guarantee that it will shrink your stomach.

You can't spot reduce fat unless you have liposuction done.
