I dont understand this riddle, I can't figure it out....help?

hey je t'adore , yes, i DO need help with this riddle, it was driving me mad that I couldn't figure it out.
And if I didn't need help I wouldn't be wasting 5 points posting the asnwer to a question i already knew. That be stupid.
....sort of like. . .you(has no common sense)

because nothing is higher then god the poor has nothing and the rich doesn't want to not have nothing because they have everything

At my last job, I did a lot of it, and I got good at it.
A new hire on the job couldn't do it.. The longer a person stayed at the job, the better they got at it.

I was great at doing it and now that I am retired, those years of doing it comes in handy...
I am still doing... "NOTHING"
