I would say it depends on how you are built, but 130-150 sounds healthy. You can check your BMI on this web site, http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm
The BMI does not always determine if you are overweight because you can be really muscular and weight more and it will say you are overweight, but it will give you an idea of where you stand. You should go to you doctor and ask him what a healthy weight for your body is.

Well, I'm 5'9" too and I weigh about 120. I'm considered under weight. A healthy low weight for your height is 129 and a healthy target weight is 150. Below is a link that will help you out. It is of a chart of hiegth and weight.
