Chocolate releases serotonin in your brain. Sarotonin is typically a mood elevator in most people. Given that it has an impact on your brain activity it is not surprising that it is a migraine trigger for many people. This might be the case with you. Bummer if it is! I love chocolate.

Stay well!

Some people are allergic to certain foods. It might be chocolate in your case. The best thing you can do is contact your doctor who can advise you on this matter and not to eat the chocolate containing foods.
