That since so many people are so upset with all of the benefits that anchor babies get, that congress should pass a law that will stop them from receiving them?

Yes, Congress should say, two illegal parents make an illegal baby!

The illegal alien men NEVER pay child support for thier children. They leave that up to the American taxpayers to pay for their illegitimates!

The 14th Amendment was not a grant of citizenship! It did not confer citizenship! It merely defined citizenship and the manner by which it could be obtained.

The Constitution says that any, “Any child born to a ‘LEGAL’ immigrant shall be a naturalized citizen.”

Nowhere does it say ‘illegal’. Point blank!

No Amendments apply to illegal aliens. “Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters” Nuud V. Burrows, 91 U.S. 426 This means no 14th Amendment Protections.

These illegal anchor babies are a burden to the American society. Taxpayers do not want to support them or their parents. These anchor babies should not be granted citizenship just because their parents broke federal laws getting here.

Yes~ I think allowing someone to become a citizen here when both parents are illeagally here and not citizens, is a major part of the problem. If having a baby here didnt mean nothing with out citizenship- no medical either~ I think the smart immigrants wouldnt do it as much.

Do you want to rewrite one of the FOUNDING principals of the United States of America?

Good or bad, right or wrong, if a person is born on this soil, that person is an American. Period. They should deport ALL of the family that is not American.

It would be a good idea. You know you would have to change the constitution and all, but I think a law would be in order to stop them from being automatic Americans. Sounds good to me.

I don't think so. When the baby grows up, it will be held responsible for everything that any other citizen is responsible for. It's kind of hard to punish a newborn that can't take care of itself and didn't have a say in where he or she was born. You can't punish people for their parent's actions.

Well aren't you fortunate not to have been born in a third world country......Heaven forbid, you would want a better life for you and your children.....Its not the baby or children's fault.....Why do you want to punish them? I guess you want children not to be educated, and create a greater underclass than there already is....Thats REAL smart.....
