musical chairs and pinatas are always fun for the littler ones. They have pull string pinatas too, so no swinging sticks needed.

depending of the age.
from this i can understand that the kids have between 1-6 years old.
try to find someone in your family that is loved by the kids and knows how to make himself admired by them , this person has to be funny and to keep them attracted by the stories he tells.
you can think on some good things to do:
give them an activity , one for kid , and when he is successful give him a little prize , this helps the kids to have fate in their future activities.
.
if there will be adults don't hesitate to play and teach them how to do.
kids are captivated by interesting stories telled with a good and loud speech.
you can tell them to draw something , the best drawing will be prized,(this is what ou told them in the first time).
after they are ready you have to give rewards to all of them.
if you don't discriminate anyone they will just feel good.
don't forget that the kids love if you show them attention and if you take part in all their activities.
good luck

i would not attempt to do truly prepared, rule-based video games. With teenagers that youthful, that's going to likely be no longer difficulty-free to wrangle them. And with that extensive an age swing, the little adult males would not be waiting to compete with the older teenagers. you need to in simple terms have activities the place all and sundry participates in the comparable events: make mask out of paper plates/feathers/glitter, or all and sundry decorates their own cupcake, or fingerpainting (attempt to get them to do artwork of Mickey and different Disney characters), or different stuff like that. have relaxing and congrats on the little guy! :)

Musical chairs. Pin the tail on the donkey, but make sure to use stickers, not pins.
