Traditional doctors will tell you it's ok to not have a BM daily, and that is a load of crap! You should have a BM daily. Foods that will gum you up: anything with white flour (they make glue with that stuff!), cheese, pretty much anything that is processed and far from natural. Your body will tell you when you are eating the right things. For example, I've found for myself that if I have a bowl of raisin bran in the morning and a salad at lunch and workout often, I stay "regular". If I don't, then I'm not regular. Find out what works for you!

NO, I go every three to four days and am healthy. Foods that cause this are usually foods that your allergic to in a sense that they make you constipated. You'll find out as you age and start watching your diet what foods are a little harder on you.

Cheese is one.

Ideally, you should have at lest two BM's a day to be healthy.

Rice, carrots, milk, potatoes, cheese are some that will cause it.
Generally once a day is the norm, but some people skip a day.

pizza is one of the many foods that could cause constipation, in others it could be bread. It varies from person to person.
