We all in at least once in our lifetime do that. Lay on your left side and take a nap you will better when you get up. Or if you have a car and have the strength to go to the store get some pills that will help take away the bloating feeling you have.

Take a nap! Then when you wake up it should all be done and over and you'll be ready to eat again. If not, take a tums!!

take tums...also lay down and rest for a while...you have no idea how many times this has happend to me....even though it may hurt more to drink...eat tums then drink a little water...water helps wash it down...then lay down or take a nap...

Next time think about how fat you will become if you continue eating until you need to post about your overeating.
And then begin to abuse laxatives. You will really lose the extra food weight then.

each and every time I even have eaten too lots, I drink some thing clean and bubbly rather rapid, including Sprite or 7UP or common Perrier. as quickly as I burp, I consistently experience lots greater helpful. possibly you should grant that a attempt. good success!

Sit up or stand up and give it time to pass. Don't lie down for awhile. Too much food and lying down is not good for the heart.
