I am completly inlove with my best friend. I know he is 'the one' for me. I know he feels the same way, but because of circumstances right now, (he's married, but only for citizenship and that will be final in April) we can't be together. He's the reason my last 2 relationships haven't worked and I'm part of the reason his marriage is so bad. So here's my question, do I keep my best friend in hopes that we will be together someday, or cut him out of my life and try to find someone new? Staying 'just friends' is not a possibility.

So he's the other man, and he's married? Happily? I don't know much about this type of scenario, Amanada. But being he's from another country, and you want him to officially become a citizen, I think the best answer is no, for the time being. But you could try with him again, in a couple of years. Find out from someone official, what would happen to his new citizenship, if he was to divorce his current wife. Then take it from there.

I strongly believe that if you really love someone and they truly love you, and you want it to work then their isn't a whole lot of things that will stand in yalls way. If it is meant to be then it will work out. If I really loved someone I would stop at nothing for that person. (provided they felt the same way) Love is unconditional and certainly involves sacrifices. If he truly wants to be with you and yall have decided on a future, then be patient.
