it is a got milk advertisement saying " wanna hit a high note? studies suggest that teens who drink milk tend to be leaner and the protein helps build muscle. STAYING ACTIVE, EATING RIGHT, AND DRINKING 3 GLASSES A DAY OF LOWFAT OR FATFREE MILK HELPS U LOOK LIKE A STAR"

"Helps" is the key word.

No guarantee is made or implied, so it is what i call a situational fallacy.

You could make it work, but it's probably not going to be as successfula as you want it to be

The fallacy is in taking the presented evidence and coming to an unsubstantiated conclusion. The suggestion of studies, not the word suggestion, does not constitute proof of a theory. The claim is not adequately supported by the premise.

IT IS A FALLACY. I think it's a general fallacy because it's suggesting that ALL the teens that drink milk do better.

I don't know why you are calling it a fallacy. It is simply a generalization that a good diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle may make your life quality better than it would be otherwise. It is not false advertising.

Americans are not good at making healthy choices when it comes to food.

Don't be gettin' puffed up, yo!

Of course you don't have to drink or eat any one kind of food to look good. However one does need a balanced diet. Milk is a good source of calcium; that's it. You can take supplements instead. You really should not drink whole milk because it's hard for the body to rid itself of that notorious milk fat. You may be gettin' puffed up because of your natural resentment of those cheap advertisements you write about. They are just trying to sell their stuff to you. Ignore them!
