Men ... I'm curious about the preferred body type ??? I'm a pear-shaped girl, but it seems that many men like Hourglass figures. Pears like myself don't seem to get too much attention these days ... is this true ?

Yes, I am truly a pear ... small on top but curvy at the bottom. I've always thought that hourglasses got more attention.

Men loving an hourglass figure is a stereotype, just as all women should have hourglass figures is a stereotype ...
Men are biologically programmed to desire women with narrow waists (who are obviously therefore non-pregnant according to the wiring in our brains and) who can propagate our genetic material - hehehe! :)
My own set of ex-gf's include: 4 pear's, 3 rulers, 1 hourglass and one girl who can only be described as an apple shape :)

I would think most men like curves, so hourglass and pear shape.

Pear shape is the best! hourglass is good and no guys really like ruler shape, it's gross!

If by pear-shape you mean guitar-shape (as in J. Lo), then yes, I prefer pear-shaped girls.
