Keep getting regular trims and be careful when brushing or using heat styling products. Also never brush your hair when it is wet!! only use a comb.

Really healthy short hair, I would rather have healthy hair than long dry damaged hair. But then you could have dry long hair that can be repaired. So I'm kinda caught in between.

Wash it only 3 times a week, try not to blow dry it to often, and use good shampoo and conditioners. Oh and dont put hair spray or gels in it. That stuff will mess up your hair in the long run. Sleep right and take some vitimins too.

The best way, let it grow out and don't cause too much damage to it, don't dye it too often, don't use too much heat. If your hair starts breaking, you'll get that v-shape at the back and you'll have to cut if off to look decent. Use a strengthening conditioner and do a hair mask once a week.

Long, lustrous locks are a matter of exercise, good nutrition and genes. I have heard that zinc, silica, selenium, iron and lecithin are good for hair growth. Some people also mix a tablespoon of mustard oil with two tablespoons of coconut or almond oil, and rub it into the scalp, as a pre-wash hair conditioner. Scalp massages are also good for stimulating hair growth.

use a good shampoo that stengthens your hair. Keep the ends trimmed. If you dont trim the ends every once in a while, your hair will just split and wont grow as fast.

I used Garnier Fructis Long & Strong products...that worked for me. Try taking a multi-vitamin everyday.

Keep it natural, take vitamins and sleep! Don't put stuff in it, it'll damage your hair. Then it'll grow fast and naturally.
