Yes; you can use them as lotions. I do this with conditioners that I don't like for my hair. Some conditioners are even made to be hair and body moisturizers, such as ABBA's leave-in conditioner.

Ive heard that some conditioners can be really good to use as a shaving cream because it moisturizes too! dunno if that helps
