You really need medical help. Getting ritalin was the best thing that ever happened to me. It might not work for you but a doctor can prescribe something that will. Now that I can't get ritalin any more I use other stimulants. Almost any stimulant helps me but some of the more conventional ones like coffee have side effects. Ephedra was good but now illegal. Decongestants with pseudoepedra help. Bitter orange capsules help. You can get them in health food stores. The new energy drinks are helpful too but you have to be careful with them. They're loaded with calories. You should be careful when self medicating. All these things I'm talking about are mild forms of speed. It's unfortunate that other people misuse these drugs and supplements when they can help someone with ADD to concentrate and even to sleep. See a doctor. ADD can really be debilitating and stressful. You shouldn't have to suffer. See a doctor.
And get lots of exercise. Try running or walking or skipping rope until you're nearly exhausted before you sit down and try to concentrate.

Are you diagnosed by a doctor and taking meds? If so, tell her/him that this is happening. If not, then I would take a visit to the doctor's office.
I wouldn't reccommend taking anything without a doctor's advise/supervision just to be safe. But relaxation, plenty of rest/sleep, doing something you enjoy, and avoiding stress is best. Chill out with the lights off, play a video game if you need to burn some mind energy, or an intense workout.

ADD doesn't cause a headache. You must be having a migrane. If you are interested in finding out some ways to help with ADD symptoms, The ADD Book, by Sears and Thompson is a great place to start. Also there are websites too you can google.

Please see somebody about what you are saying. It doesn't sound to me like ADHD, more like anxiety. Are your muscles tense, and are you worrying about things, especially everything and nothing in general? I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and am studying to be a psychologist, so I may be reading into what you wrote a bit. But When my symptoms get bad, I hear everything, and it can make me feel more anxious. It also makes me unable to concentrate. When that is going on I also notice that I get pissed easily. If that sounds like you, then try to see someone, but in the meantime try some relaxation excercises, or even try to excercise, it helps me feel better because one is supposed to be alert when excercising.
Good luck.
