my father has three bolging disc in his neck and can't work, my mother has md. and is on disability and that isn't bringing in any money in ether.

Since they are both disabled can they get help from the state? What about local charities?_

i agree with most of the answers already given.
find out if your father can get disability.
get your siblings (if you have any) together and figure out who can help them. if you have a salvation army in your town, they usually have a program that you can get help with food and clothes, but usually just once a month.
if your parents have a social worker, or some kind of outside help, they may be able to get a referral to goodwill, for clothes or household items.

We need a little more information. Where are you? Do you live at home? Who else is there in the family? What ages are any children?

If you're old enough, move in together and help out.~
