when part of you with a high amount of blood vessels is hit a sort of blister forms. This is a little gross, but the only way I can think to describe it is a cross between a pimple and a blister. It it raised and is filled with blood, and has a reddish tint. If popped, blood will be released and the skin will flatten and look like a blister.

just a little blood trapped underneath the surface of the skin - usually happens when you pinch yourself with something. Give it a few days and most of the blood will be reabsorbed into the skin, the top layer will probably dry up and peel off and you'll have some dried blood in there as well, but the healed skin underneath will be good as new.

Neosporin first as a first aid for the cut so it doesn't get infected. Then apply alcohol after about half an hour on it and cover it up with a band aid. It will definitely heal by June 4th, that's about a week away.
