When you are on a diet or trying to loose weight will your face (cheeks, neck) be slimmer if the diet works or is it impossible to loose "face weight"?

of course your face will be thinner-but don't go overboard, anorexia is NOT attractive. How much thinner your face gets will of coarse depend on the natural shape of your face and cheeks

When losing weight (in a healthy manner) one loses overall weight, meaning all over the body. That includes the face. But many people are structured differently, and you may lose more weight in other parts than in the face first.

As with many things, the more noticeable change in the face will be with a more significant amount of weight loss (10-15 lbs) Be sure to lose the weight in a good way by eating leanner, and plenty of cardio.

Yes, your face will become slimmer. However, you cannot just lose "face weight".
Loosing weight is an "all over" event.

Ofter face weight is the thing people notice the most - yes it is definately possible.

it is posible to loose face weight. most of the time you can tell more thruogh your face when you loose weight.

No it isn't imossible. You just have to be persistant because it's the last place you'll lose it.
