my body is slim but my face make me look like im overweight, and its really bothering me. I REALLY want to find a way to make my face slimmer, and Im exploring all options. Does anyone have any advice for me?

btw I tried diet and exercise, somehow it doesnt work. diet is not a permanent solution and I dont want to be unhealthy. exercise...well it makes my face bloated whenever i sweat right after workout...and then i get hungry. also, its NOT genetics because my face used to be slim until i gained some weight and lost it but the face fat never went away. also, whenever i pig out my face is always the first place to gain fat. so now Im just so frustrated

i heard less sodium intake might help? but im that kind of person get hungry easily and if im not eating, i get moody. so does anybody have any advice for me on slimming it down and get rid of the face fat? mostly its below the cheeks and besides the mouth area.

eat clean, drop the sodium and saturated fats. drink plenty of water. diet and exercise needs to be a long term thing. the lower you get your bodyfat%, the slimmer your face will become.

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.

You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

You are right about the sodium. When I eat too much salt, my face seems to bloat up a bit as well. I find that drinking A LOT of water helps to flush out the extra sodium and relieve some of the bloat and puffiness.A lot meaning 8-12 tall glasses a day.

Baggy clothes hide the body and encourage lounging around. So even when you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes and keep you on track.
