Yes. And it's not what will happen to you as much as it is for the person that bought you the beer. They can lose their license and go to jail. Not worth it.

In a lot of places it is ok to drink beer at home under the supervision of your parents. If you're that young and get caught drinking out in public, it again depends on where you live. Some places will suspend ability to get your driver's license when you get older. You can also be assessed fines if convicted of being a minor consuming alcohol.

It is illegal for a person under age 18 to be in possession of or drink alcohol of any kind. Teens drinking and in possession can be denied the priviledge of getting a drivers license until age 21, go to juvenile facility , or be placed on probation. The adult who provides the alcohol to the minor can be charged with many things including contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Any liquor store caught selling to a minor can be heavily fined and may lose their liquor license.

Only if your arrested for public drunkeness. Stay off the roads and stick to the moors. Oh yeah, and don't get caught with an open container.

Yes it's illegal, and what are you drinking beer for? You won't be in any legal trouble, but the adult who supplied it can get into hot water.

It depends on who you get caught by.....the police....your parents???? If you get caught by the police, you will probably be in quite a bit of trouble. It will also depend on where you live. Different states have different laws.

Yes. You will at least get a ticket for possession of alchohol by a minor. Depending upon the circumstances and laws in your area, you can be arrested.

You bet it is - and pretty stupid too!

I wouldn't be worried about what happens if you get caught - that could help you to not do it anymore.

It's not getting caught and keeping on drinking that you need to worry about and what it does to your brain and your body.
