It's not garbage, she loves you. She can't help it, if you really loved her you would be able to say it in public.

I think its okay to refuse if she says it constantly, like if you are at the mall and she tells you 10 times in an hour. Or if she makes it a scene about it. I don't know your age but when I was younger I knew girls that would do that to their guys..Its actually kind of obnoxious

Nope. It's a test. You have to sack up and be a man. Real men can say I love you in front of other people.
There is a limit, but it's pretty obvious where that line is.

it will be such a crime if you thinks you shouldn't say "I LOVE YOU" in public....i mean love is true, it doesn't matter who you are or where your at,,, love is so great you don't suppose to be ashamed of it.......love is something people take so lightly that they misunderstood its meaning...... please remember if you says that again its WRONG....you shouldn't do that cause it might mean that you have another girl and don't want her to find out you two are dating or it might mean that your ashamed of you two's relationship.........please pull yourself out of that deep hole ......good luck!
