Chris, it seems to me you are looking to find a way to meet all these gorgeous girls you see every day at the mall. What a wonderful idea - perhaps the perfect girl for you is walking past you in the mall right now! Wouldn't we all like to try it but it is all too easy. Suspicion will rein and Miss Perfect may walk away.
There are millions of great people out there we will never get the chance to meet. The internet emphases this with the way we can all talk & network with one another so easily.
Here in Australia the latest craze to meet someone is speed dating. Have you tried it? Everyone who is interested, 50 people or so meets in a hall or something and gets to spend five minutes talking to every person of the other sex who is there. As they talk to each they then rate them. Afterwards they get given the phone numbers of all those they rated as hot who also rated them as hot. Different way to meet people but it seems to work for some.

To say "I'm too busy to chat you up, but you're physically appealing so I want you to call me later" just sounds...superficial. I have no idea who this guy is, and he kind of sounds like a jerk. I'd probably trash the note. For all I know, somebody else's name and number are written on the note and it's a practical joke of some sort.

Hmmm good question? And I will answer it completely honestly. Although I have called guys that I only had a brief encounter with, it has never happen to me the way you described. So, to be honest, I would have to say, "yes" I would. There may be other factors involved, like, the fact I have seen him around before or I knew him through several other people or he is very attractive and extremely charming. Otherwise, you would have to catch me on a day where I was feeling very adventurous.
So, Yes, I would call.

Depends on how old this guy is. You could call him for fun and see what he is all about. My thoughts, does this guy aproach ALL nice looking girls at the mall and hand out his number and that is why right at that moment he doesnt have time to talk to you. I would be very carefull. You could call but dont give him your private information. And it might be good to have a friend by you when you call.

I probably wouldn't. I'd be afraid that he'd have caller ID and if I did call him but didn't give him my number and I didn't want to talk to him again but I didn't say so to be polite, he'd still have my number. I'd be much more comfortable with an email adress.
But there's also the fact that this guy is a complete stranger. So I'd most likely just discard the number and/or the email adress.

I think if the guys hanging out in the mall..why doesnt he have time to chat? I dont know if Id call, I think Id want to know alittle bit about him and have at least alittle bit of conversation before calling him...looks arent entirely everything..lol! Anyways..hes got the courage to approach a girl but sounds like he doesnt want to take the risk in talking and getting rejected so he splits instead. If hes got time to pre-plan and write his name and number down..hes got a couple of minutes to chat...just my opinion though!

seems spontaneous, which I like in a guy, but if he's already written his name and number on a piece of paper it would make me wonder how many more papers he's handing out. I would talk a little bit more with the girl, and see if she's even interested in you, otherwise its a waste of time, in my eyes. Depends how cute the guy is, I might just call him....

First off, half of these girls that are answering this question think you're a chick, geese. They don't bother to notice that your screen name is Chris. Ignorance...
Anyways, I would be extremely flattered. Especially w/ a friend by my side, because I would feel superior. We like thinking/being told we're prettier than other girls, even if it isn't true.
Now, if he was hot and around my age, I might call or might not. I might just want to to get to know this cocky guy, nothing more but a phone conversation for me. He sold himself and apparently thinks I'm going to be drooling for him.
I wouldn't call right away either, if I was going to.
If you want to score, then stay traditional. Introduce yourself and ask her out for something simple, for example, pizza or coffee. If she's interested, she would say yes. I would.
Lastly, If you seem innocent, then we want to strip that away from you. We love to pounce on innocent boys.
If you seem like you're into yourself and think you can get any girl you want, we're going to think that you do get any easy girl you want to have sex with. We don't want a man slug.
At least try to act like you're trying hard...
We appreciate that.

I'd think....STALKER!......
He doesn't have time for a two minute introduction? Why? Is he wanted by the police? In the witness protection program? Is he waiting for his girlfriend to come out of Victoria's Secret?
The number would hit the floor before you made it to your car. Which is probably stolen anyway.

It doesn't seem genuine. Besides, it seems to planned out like he wrote it BEFORE he even came to the mall which implies he is only looking for some action. So, my answer is NO I will not call him.
