No it doesn't. Generally speaking it isn't diet that causes acne - the only exception I've ever noticed seems to be people who eat a lot of fast food - but even then that doesn't apply to everyone. My dad used to say that coconut oil was the big culprit - which is an ingredient in chocolate. What will cause acne is touching your face a lot, not cleaning your face (or cleaning it too much which dries it out and causes your oil glands to secrete more oil, clogging pores and giving you pimples) or trying to squeeze pimples which causes tiny "explosions" under the surface, causing the bacteria that caused the original zit to travel to other pores under the surface of your skin and gives you that nice huge red inflamed spot that's so pretty.... So eat chocolate. But wash your face too.

No, food does not cause acne. If you break out from eating any food its most likely an allergic reaction. Acne is caused by hormones.

No I have on my proactive packet it says that chocolate actually doesn't call acne, just like wearing your hair wet outside when its winter, you don't get pneumonia from that, my moms a doctor and she said only germs can make you sick.
