I am Bi-Ploar, so I think about it often, or use to atleast. Even tried once, but that wasnt what God had in store for me. I know a lot of ppl dont believe, but I do. I thank God I am here. Or, I would have missed out on the greatest husband, and child ever.

Yes. Still do, from time to time; it's a struggle. The prime cause was being very badly abused in a mental hospital where I'd taken myself for treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder following a near-death experience and - I'll not tell the whole story - discovering that the psychiatrist (an Evangelical Christian, so help me) didn't like me and told a string of lies to me and about me which - given that I was already low - came close to destroying all that I valued about myself. (This isn't paranoia; he was later forced to 'fess up to his lies, but by then the damage had been done).
Several times I sat up in bed reading books about how to do it, and phoning The Samaritans or other friends to help me through it. But the pathway is potentiated and when I get low and frightened of the future it still beckons.
Is that what you wanted to know?

Yes, I had a severe depression and seriously considered it. I am so happy now that I got help and didn't do it. Life can get better. To anyone thinking of it, get help in any way you can: go to a doctor, phone a suicide prevention line or a distress centre, go to a counselor, talk to friends and family...

I've tried it many a time since I was 22 now that I'm 46 It's not so much an issue. It's the anxiety attacks and the depresssion that can really get in my way of living. Though I'm on different kinds of meds. there still will be times they don't always help.

I talk on different stages: as someone who has tried suicide, as someone who works in psychological wellbeing, and as someone who at present got here round the body of a 21 12 months previous after he took his own life. Suicide is an eternal answer to a momentary problem - i'm confident you've heard that one hundred cases even with the undeniable fact that the very truth continues to be an identical. there is no longer some thing occurring on your life that won't be able to get extra perfect. human beings may inform you suicide is selfish, yet i trust you need to ignore about that opinion. you're hurting at present - i visit work out that, and it appears like a cliché, yet issues CAN get extra perfect. one situation I learnt from getting to understand a suicide became that at the same time as you're alive, you nonetheless have the alternative to die. once you're lifeless, you won't be able to replace your thoughts and be sure to grant issues yet another shot. once you're lifeless, it really is it. It sounds glaring yet you'll by no skill have a husband or spouse or toddlers or any of the belongings you dream about for your self. maximum folk who kill themselves don’t opt to die – they only opt to end hurting. Get help immediately. i tips you to search for suggestion from from those who love you or bypass and word a wellbeing practitioner once you may. in case you worsen and picture you may really do some thing to damage your self, ring 999 (uk) or 911 (US) for an ambulance as we talk. they're for emergencies and severe contemplation of suicide IS a clinical emergency. Please do not struggle through on my own.

Life is glorious in Jesus Christ.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)
