You can either go to the Control Panel, double click on Add/Remove Programs, and then Remove WMP11, which should roll back to version 10.

If this isn't working, you should do a system restore to a point before you installed version 11. Click Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore. The wizard will guide you through the rest of the process.

Basically, if you leave it in, you won't be able to install WMP10. That's because your computer will refuse to downgrade. It will only accept upgrades. So, you will need to uninstall WMP11 completely. If your control panel "Remove programs" failed to do this, go C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player and delete the folder.
