i just got a call from a boy at my school and my momma told him i couldn't talk to boys on the phone so what should i do ??

I am assuming you are a school aged girl. Like it or not, it is your mother's phone and she can control who you can speak to or not speak to. Only thing you can really do if you want to speak to this boy is to speak to him while you are at school. Tell him mama won't let you call and don't dwell on the embarrassment.

Tell him she was joking. I would go to a friends house and talk to him from there(if they didn't mind), that's ridiculous to not be allowed to talk to boys on the phone.
