It featured little boys and little girls in romanitc type displays. The boy would give the girl a rose and the rose was tinted red but the rest was still black and white. I want to download some of these pics from the internet but cannot find them anywhere!!! Any one have a clue?

It sounds like Kim Anderson. I thought it was a women but its a man. He took black and white photos of young children in oversized adult clothing delicately touched
with the nostalgic feel of faded color. He is a German photographer. Try this link see if its what you want.

not anne geddes. but I don't know who. Instead of taking copyright protected material from the internet, why don't you take some pix and edit them in photoshop? that way, they will be more meaningful because you created them.

Maybe Anne Geddes? She usually shoots infants and babies though (not toddlers and older children)- it's probably another photgrapher...
