I always have cold even at room temperature or when it is hot.

I searched on google, and the answer was Raynaud, which is an ailment of some sort.

I am sure, i don't have that because i don't feel pain or discoloration. I am perfectly healthy. I just have cold hands.

Does anyone who why this is? It is only my hands that are cold to touch.

This is a problem I studied years ago and it IS due to circulation. To fix it is actually simple. B vitamins are the solution. Whole grains and wheat germ sprinkled on your cereal can do wonders. Or just try to eat some wheat germ by the spoonful if you can, if not, mix it with other foods. Years ago I discovered this and it does work!!! Try it! Also. look up other sources of B vitamins and use supplements if you like that approach, but totally natural is best.

Ive always heard that things like cold hands and cold feet are from poor blood circulation to those areas...Im not sure exactly what you can do, Im sure you dont want to wear mittens all the time..but I bet if you were to do some exercises targeting your arms and hands you might increase the blood flow to those areas, maybe even hand massage..its worth a try!

Bad circulation and it happens usually with smokers. I am one of the few that have cold hands no matter what too! It sucks because you are never warm. Even in 90 degree weather. No fun huh? I am sorry you have to go through it too. Good luck

It could be hypothyroidism . If tests for this check out you should know there is a sub-clinical form called Wilson's syndrome, not to be confused with Wilson's Disease. You can find more info on this at www.wilsonssyndrome.com

Could be poor circulation. Probably nothing to worry about. Have you considered wearing mittens. Just a thought.
