Ok. I have body acne on my chest and I've tried about everything to get rid of it and nothing works!!!! I need something that will clear it up within 5 days. Theres a school dance next week and I was planing on wearing a low-cut shirt. So yeah, I have fair skin that'll burn easy and when that happens, my acne gets worse. So...any ideas????

Rule #1: Shower after you sweat If you're sweating excessively from exercise or working in your garden, don't wait until later to shower.
Rule #2: Exfoliate daily Invest in a long-handled back scrubber, then use it to apply a gentle exfoliating cleanser created for acne. Scrub your entire back. A note of caution: Be careful not to overexfoliate, some scrubs contain large granules that can tear at skin.
Rule #3: Follow with ointment Towel off after you shower and apply a topical ointment created for acne that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicyclic acid.
Rule #4: Let skin breathe Especially in summer, when sweat tends to stick to skin, wear cotton shirts.

Once skin is healed, continue to exfoliate your back a couple times a week in the shower and make sure you continue to shower immediately after excessive sweating.

I would say make sure you shower regularly and after perhaps apply a light moisturizer to those areas that are giving you trouble but don't use any body oils or anything for a while because it might clog up your pores. I also have this daily ritual that every night before I go to sleep i rinse my face, then rinse it again with moisturizer, then apply some lemon juice with a faical pad and my skin is acne free.
