now it seems to be spreading. Do not say I pulled a muscle or it is from exercise or anything like that because that is not the case and it is a very odd sort of ache. I also feel slightly nauseus. Don't say go to doctor-I am trying to get some feedback here first.

There are many forms of shoulder tendenitis that present as pain in the upper arm. You can go to webmd.com and enter " shoulder pain" in the search bar and read about them. I have a form of shoulder tendenitis, and the pain is in the upper arm. No guarantee that is what you have, but you can check it out. If you have arthritis or diabetes you will be more prone to shoulder joint problems.

Have you broken that arm figuring out or so? And it can be given that of the way in which you sleep or use that arm. A distinct motion or role might pressure your triceps, or shoulder rotator blade. Fatigue can be a reason of it.

maybe you slept on that part of your body then it spreded
