Ok well I got a guy prob. I like this guy, but when I asked him to the dance he said no. I was fine with that. Now, we all know that when we lie someone we can't get our eyes off of them. Now, every time I stare @ him I find that he's staring back. When he realizes I caught him, he grins and mouths hello. I smile back and then look away. When I look back he's still staring @ me! Does he like me? Is he regretting that he said no? Help me thankz?

First of all, He's trying to read you when he looks at you. BE STRONG sista, You already told him you like him so that's enough. From this point forward, let him come to you. And calm down. What do you really like about him? Question yourself. Not just because he's FINE. I hope he is. But what are his qualities, we often miss that. Try not to pay him attention to see where his head is at.

Go and ask him to have coffee. Without the boundaries or implications of a real date, you will be able to get to know the real person who likes to admire you from afar. If he will not go for coffee, he is just messin' with you, forget about it.

He obviously likes you. Maybe he just doesn't like dances. He probaby can't dance, or just don't wanna go. Try again, only think of somewhere else to go.

There are two ways to look at this, positivly or negativly, he could be messing with you just to make you think that he likes you. I'm not saying he is i just dont know his personality this is for you to judge. Or you could have ignited a fire, he may really like you. another posibility is that he just likes the attension, he his liked and he likes it. well i hope i helped
