pas de probleme means "no problem", "no worries" in English.

when i lived in france they would often say "de rien" (it's nothing) rather than "pas de probleme" when i said thank you for something.

you can also say "pas de souci" as an alternative to "pas de probleme", it means "no worries" and i often heard that when working there.

Literally: no problem. It means that you do not see any problem with the question or request. You can also use it to say that you do not mind.
