Chest Exercise: Pec Dec Simulation
Location: Chest or Pectoral muscles

Exercise: Pec Dec Simulation

Inventory: Sitting tall (Indian style) in front of the mirror, pull stomach in and raise arms to shoulder length with arms bent at elbows (as if you are going to show off your biceps muscles). Upper arms should be parallel with the floor.

Movement: Bring your forearms together (or almost together) in front of your face- slightly leading with your elbows. Your whole upper body should contract and squeeze when your elbows come together. Then open them and return back to the starting position. Repeat for as long as you can.

Proper Form:

Mentally concentrate on the muscles being worked

Keep your shoulders down and relaxed

Contract the muscles in upper body while doing this exercise

Breathe out as you close your arms and squeeze. Breathe in when you open your arms

Have fun- Go to the beat of fun music but still get the most out of each one

If you have free weights, then lie on your back, with your arms stretched out in opposite directions and bring them together above your head. Bending your elbows different way will work different parts, but arms all the way out will work your pecs the most.

Another real good one with free weights to build up the lower portion of your pecs, is to stand with your feet a shoulder length's apart, and with your knuckles facing behind you and your arms out just a bit. Now lift them without bending at the elbows, until your hands meet together at eye level height. You may need to use lighter weights at first with this one, as it does put stress on your lower back, but the results are great if you keep it up.

Without free weights, you can do push ups, and work different parts depending on how far apart you place your hands. To work the parts closest to your shoulders, do push up with your arms far at your sides. The closer in you go (up to hands together and directly below your sternum), the closer inward on your pecs it will take effect.

Good luck!

If you mean pecs, say it don't say it really weird. You can by doing chest pushups. It's using you're chest muscles instead of your arm muscles to do pushups.

Bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, butterflys, cable cross overs, push-ups, dips, dumbbell bench press, dumbbell incline bench press, dumbbell decline bench press, and pull overs (the serratus anyhow) will give you a decent start.
