No your parents can't kick him out on the streete but they can give away make him go to a foster home or a palce for troubled boys which aint a good place either. Or they can make him go with someone else and disown him. And you brother is only 12 and has never been with a guy has he? So how does he really know? If I was him I would keep my mouth shut and see what the future brings.

Parents are responsible for their children until they are 18. At twelve most boys haven't even puberty so why is he worried about making this announcement now. Individual sexuality should be just that. What difference does it make if he is not ready to becoming sexually active.
Then again does he want to make this BIG announcement for shock effect. Suggest to him that he sit down and have a frank discussion with your mom or dad one or the other about what he thinks being gay means.

12 is a lil early to know for sure if your gay....i think your brother shouldnt say anything. I guessing he dosnet have a boy friend. Think about the kinda person who date a 12 year old gay boy??? Tell your brother to keep it to himself at least until hes like 16 or 17.

not without getting into trouble with social services. Your brother is a bit too young to decide his sexuality, maybe he thinks he is gay but at 12 he could be just curious. He still has so much time ahead to make life altering decisions like that xxxxxx

Np they can not I mean He is your brother and their son your parents must accept him for who he is and accept it. There might be a slight argument but eventually your parent will get use to the change in him it is his choice if he wants to be gay so your parents can not kick him out for that reason

No they can't. They'd be charged with willful neglect, abandonment, or possibly abuse. At 12, he can't legally hold a job or sign a contract to rent an apartment.

they can not kick him out because they are responsible for him until he is 18. Being gay is no reason to kick him out anyway. And how does your brother know he is gay he does not even know what gay means.
