should i go to a private school or a public school?

well my mom wants me to go to a private school because the clases are smaller and i can learn better. i want to stay at my public school because i have friends here and nice teachers and she's right. i might not pass this year because i don't understand math. i have a 40 in it. she's not making me go to the private school she wants me to make my own choice but i can't. i want to be able to wear what i want and stay here with my friends (the uniform is sexy though) because they love me. (not really) i actually like the drama they put in my face i just love it. but what if i don't have any friends at this school? what if its boring? and will i pick on for being "the new kid"? what about that? god i'm loosing my mind!!!!

There is no guarantee that you'll do better in math just because you change schools. Get a friend to help you. Friends are very important at your age. If you are happy, safe, and learning there then let your mom know you will try harder in class so you can stay. The benefits to private school are smaller class size and many provide religious education. Think about what is important to you. Make a list of pros and cons of both places and discuss this with your mom. She seems to really care about you.

Could you get help with math while staying in public school? That might be the best solution; but I don't know the whole situation.

I just switched from public school to private school and the only difference is going to church and uniforms...
