Unfortunately you can't , that's why they are portable , you see the portable box is the problem , the top , the sides the wheels , and the pluming , the built in dishwashers have nothing of that and fit in an opening exactly 24" wide by 34 and 3/4" high and your portable is at least 36" high , in total you be better off to purchase a new one ( or get a used one) that is designed for under the counter , good luck.

If you have the space (height, width, and depth), it can be done. I did this in our last house. You will need to cut off the end of the portable dishwasher's water intake hose, and replace it with a pipe end that matches the water access pipe on your cold water supply pipe. If your cold water pipe does not have an access port for a dishwasher, you will have to install one. You will also have to find a way to modify the drain end of the dishwasher so that you can attach it to the sink drain. I cannot help you with this, as I drained my dishwasher into a laundry sink that was in the room right behind the kitchen wall where the dishwasher was located (I drilled a hole through the wall to allow the drain hose to pass through).
I hope this helps.
