This is called a scam, there is no email lottery and the person has nothing to do with any real bank.

Nigeria is the biggest area for internet scams, they cheat people out of thier money, and often get your bank account info and take all the money out of your bank by using your check and bank info.

if you really won any money, first you would have had to buy a lottery ticket, ( did you buy a australlian lottery ticket??

next what is a bank in africa doing the prise for a austriallian lottery.

I do hope this is merely a joke and you did not actually send any money, if you did, you will never get it back.

Right.
Someone entered a lottery you never heard of FOR YOU.
And you won.
And they let you know by e-mail.
And make arrangements to pay your huge prize on Yahoo-chat.

Just how dumb do you have to be to NOT SEE that the world doesn't really work like that and it's a scam???

You are not the only person to receive such a notice, many hundreds have and discovered it is a complete scam. So, I say to you, proceed no further except possibly to report the matter to Yahoo if you received it in your Yahoo mail.

Umm, I'm pretty sure we all watched 20/20 last night, and no one believes your scam. Move along with your lies and evil intent to prey on those willing to help, or those who are just greedy. Don't fall victim to this dude's plight, it's a SCAM!!

Well I hope you didnt send him any important information about yourself. Don't trust anyone that offers you money in an email by wiring it to your bank account.... Just don't trust anything in your email what so ever!
