Everyone can be offended by someone trashing their religion, sort of like it is done here on R&S.
However, Christians and Jews are not known to take to the streets and overturn cars and set them on fire, firebomb buildings, etc. over what someone has said or depicted about their religion.
The pope just cited something said hundreds of years ago, and the streets were filled with mahem, property destroyed, etc.

That should be how we judge the religions.

I know that there are Muslims on R&S, but what I have said actually has happened, and over very minor things.

Looks like Muslims get offended pretty easy, but the US media probably hypes that more. Christians offend easily too though. Buddhists are hands down the least offendable though.

All of them if you ask me-- look over history at all the people who have died because religion; which is suspose to be the redemption of us all, got offended and knocked someone off and it's still going on between the shi-ite muslims and the shi-tite muslims (I probably have their names spelled wrong) and other places too.

I don't think it is the religion, I think it is based on the person. Some people are more easily offended than others.

you're incorrect to think of that Christians are the only individual who're indignant. Muslims too are as lots indignant as are Christians. the two Muslims and Christians think of that theirs is the only genuine faith and others are fake religions. prevalent of the two Abrahmic religions coming from the grounds of center east. unload them the two and make this worldwide a extra suitable place to stay in

I think they all get offended too easily.

If a person is openminded enough to have blind faith in their religion, they should also be openminded enough to let people have their opinions without viewing them as attacks on their beliefs or religion.

I would have to say, the Christians. They tend to mistakenly think that they are the majority.
